Air Filters
We check all HVAC filters throughout your home and replace them as needed to maintain air quality and system performance.

Disposal Cleaning
A professional cleaning pack is applied to deodorize and maintain your disposal, preventing odor buildup.

Extended Leave Home Checks
When you’re away, we walk through your home weekly to ensure everything is in order—flushing toilets, running water, checking for leaks, and confirming systems are functioning properly. We’ll even restock bulbs and essentials before your return and check your property after severe weather.

Hot Tub & Pool Chemicals
Weekly testing and balancing of chemical levels in your hot tub or pool, along with cleaning of pump filters, sand filters, and skimmer baskets. (Vacuuming available upon request.)

Interior GFCI Testing
We test interior GFCIs to confirm proper trip and reset function, ensuring electrical safety and reliability.

Scheduling of Contractors
Let us coordinate specialized contractors for any required service—so you never have to spend time tracking who to call.

Smoke Detector & COâ‚‚ Testing
We test and replace batteries every six months, verify function, and ensure your fire extinguishers are in proper working order.

Sump Pumps & Battery Backups
We test both the primary and backup systems for function and ensure batteries are charged and ready during power outages.

Visual Inspection of Attic, Crawl Space, or Basement
A quarterly check for water damage, leaks, light penetration, or evidence of pests. If deeper inspection is needed, we can schedule that on your behalf.

Water Filters & Systems
We maintain, clean, and replace cartridges for filtration and reverse osmosis systems—and can install new ones if desired.

Water Heater
We visually inspect heater components, test the pressure relief valve, and perform an annual flush as needed.

Water Softener
We check salt levels, confirm proper programming, and monitor system function. (Full service to be completed periodically by a qualified specialist.)
